How do I cancel my order or subscription if it has already been processed or shipped?Updated 2 months ago

If your order has already been processed or shipped from our warehouse, we regret to inform you that we are unable to make any changes at this time.

However, you do have the option to refuse the package upon delivery. Once your online tracking information updates to show that the package is being returned to us, please notify us immediately so we can process your refund as quickly as possible.

If refusing the package isn’t an option, we’re happy to provide you with return instructions. Just reach out to us, and we’ll guide you through the process.
