Refunds and Exchanges
Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges for sealed products within 60 days of purchase.
Eligibility Criteria:
Items must be returned in their original condition and unopened/sealed.
For Health & Safety reasons, please do not send any opened or used products to our warehouse, as these items will be disposed of and not processed.
How to Process Your Return:
Generate a label using our returns portal and ensure the label is securely attached to your package. Then, take it to your local drop-off point.
Please note in our online portal whether you would like a refund or exchange. (Failure to do so may delay processing.) You can also add further notes and track your return status anytime via the portal.
Once your return is marked as delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 7 working days for processing. If you have not heard from us after this period, feel free to reach out to us.
Important Tips:
Enter your Order ID without the # and make sure you use the email address associated with your order.
